NRVHBA supports the 1st Annual Howls and Meows
Thank you all for your great support of the first annual Howls and Meows. I am proud to announce that through the sale of raffle tickets and individual votes for favorite houses at Brew Do, over $1,400 was raised for the Humane Society of Montgomery County!
Raffle winners were drawn last week, and they are as follows:
#1 "The Birdhouse"- Anne Marie Hutchens
#2 "The Barn"- Alisa Hannifan
#3 "Princess Pad"- Martha Moore
#4 "GNI Canine Chalet"- Sarah Young
#5 "The Inn"- Teresa Hughes
#6 "Strung Out"- Mary Jane Huber
#7 "Country Club"- Tom Deutsch
#8 "Over the Rainbow"- Larry Hincker
#9 "Princess Kitty Wonderland"- Monica Roman
There are going to be some happy pets in those households!
The “Country Club” house was chosen as “Best of Show” through the collection of $1 votes at Blacksburg Brew Do. Over $200 was raised from Brew Do attendees voting for their favorite, and pet supplies and food were collected at the festival as well.
Thanks to everyone for your support of this fundraiser. We couldn’t have done it without the creative builders and those of you that sold lots of raffle tickets! We welcome feedback to make the fundraiser an even bigger success next year!
