What employers and apprentices should expect

- Active jobsite or steady work environment where an apprentice can gain supervised experience.
- Ability to provide day-to-day supervision, mentoring, and a safe work setting.
- Willingness to coordinate paperwork, scheduling, and training participation with program partners.

- Interest in a residential construction career and willingness to learn.
